This drink created by Nick Mautone of The Rainbow Room has slightly bitter and floral notes.
Next time you have a friend over, hit “reorder” on your last Seamless sushi order. While you wait, break out your favorite set of rocks glasses, fill them with crushed ice, and create this cocktail for you and your guest.
PRO TIP: Take the sushi out of the tins and plop it on a white plate xxxx
- 2 parts Haikara Sake Yuzu
- ½ part Cherry Cordial
- ½ part Luxardo Maraschino
- 2 + 2 dashes lavender bitters
- ½ part lemon juice
- 1-3 parts seltzer to taste
- Garnish: Edible Orchid, Lavender Branch or another edible flower
Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into your rocks glass. Float two more dashes of bitters on top. Place flower on top.
