Chicken and Tortellini Soup

  • 12.7 ounces of thawed chicken thighs

  • 16 ounces of low sodium chicken broth
  • 8 ounces of organic bone broth
  • 8-10 ounces of refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic (adjust to taste)
  • 1 fresh chili pepper (optional, for spiciness)
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Begin by heating olive oil in a pot and sautéing the mirepoix mix until softened.
2. Add the thawed chicken thighs to the pot and brown them on all sides.
