Host, Monica Dimperio, of The to be honest, tho… Podcast, a self-care podcast, and blog for entrepreneurial women is creating this IRL destination to help bring conversations that enlighten, entertain, and inspire offline again.
With your VIP pass, you gain access to the historic Miami Beach Art Deco District’s Sagamore Hotel pool, beachfront, and fitness facilities plus all wellness programming from 12-6 on March 2nd, 16th, and 30th. Space is limited to 25 attendees to maintain CDC guidelines.
In March, over the course of three weeks, Self Care Social Miami is bringing the #squad – badass entrepreneurial babes – together IRL after the world’s longest year.
Set up your office (ahem, laptop) at the pool and get your daily dose of vitamin D while you grind, unwind, discover and connect through a series of programming made just for YOU to help find work/life balance in this wild world just a little easier.
This event is for you if you are ready to connect more deeply with your community, yourself, and the world around you. Workshops, conversations, and networking sessions are intended to help you hit a much-needed reset button. Reflect on the lessons learned in 2020 and welcome in the new (normal).

12:30 pm-1:00 pm | Take a Midday Mindfulness break to help you incorporate unconventional methods of self-care into your routine.

3 pm-4 pm UNWIND | In ‘normal times’ this is when you might take a coffee break. We’re swapping the caffeine for complementary cold-pressed juices and CBD beverages along with pre-packaged healthy snacks to pick up the energy and carry us through the rest of the day from some of our favorite healthy spots in Miami.
4:30 pm-5:15 pm DISCOVER | Close down your “office” and take a moment to listen, move, and nourish with the #squad. To us, self-care isn’t just jade rolling and meditation. Each week we present a new approach to incorporating wellness into your life in ways that you might not always think of.
